New Reputation by staff

There are for staffs a reputation. Only the webmasters can add reputation by users can PM me what good this staff.
If some users PM me by the staff is bad staff will be -1 to -10 +1 to +10.
And if these staff will reach -10 reputation the staff will be removed to satff team or hims rank will be down.
